For 60 years Bianca Maria has been selling high quality, authentic Italian produce and ingredients including fresh pasta, bread/focaccia and dolci. From cured meats to cheeses to antipasti, we aim to bring the true Italian experience to East Village. Whether it’s Prosciutto di Parma, bresaola, Parmigiano Reggiano, bufala mozzarella, burrata or Agostino Recca anchovies, you’ll find an amazing variety of Italian specialties. Along with other European imports such as Serrano Jamón, Blue Stilton and Bonne Maman we use these fine ingredients to create our signature paninis like the Truffler, Hot Italian, Spagnolo and Porcellino just to name a few. Here you can savor a good espresso or cappuccino while absorbing the aromas of a true Italian neighborhood deli.
